Description: Here's a custom wire assembly designed to preserve the stock wiring harness look of your machine when using Cycle Electric DGV-5000/5000L or DGV-5006 generators on Big Twins 1949-1969. Also works with their CE-540/540L and CE-546 regulators. Made to fit bikes with OEM style terminal boxes installed behind the coil or dual point coils. Correct length to route along with timer wire on the right side of the motor between the pushrod tubes and cylinders, then cross behind motor and enter coil terminal box from the bottom. Made here in Northeast Ohio with 14 gauge stranded copper cotton braid covered wire, 3/16" ID asphalt loom, #10 ring terminal and #10 flag terminal. Works with 6 volt or 12 volt systems.
