If you prefer the cheaper shipping without tracking and the order gets lost by USPS I can't offer a refund but with the eBay letter tracking if a order is lost than the refund is a guarantee if an order gets lost. Also it helps eBay, myself and the customer know where the package could possibly be if it doesn't make it to its destination with the $1.25 eBay letter with tracking shipping offer. Let me know before purchasing if you want the reg USPS shipping (.99 per card) with no tracking (if lost I can't guarantee it will be found or a refund issued). I can change over the shipping cost for you before purchase. But for a few pennies more you can be guaranteed by eBay letter shipping with tracking that your order will be tracked until it's delivered to your address. You can see any delays also with the eBay tracking. Now if orders are more than one card please take into account it will be more than $1.25 per package. The cost will show up at the time of purchase for every order and also based on the amount of cards you order. It's not USPS tracking but eBay has made this new letter shipping with tracking a better and cheaper choice for the customer and myself to see where your order is at and when it's delivered. USPS only offers tracking with a package order which would be over 3ozs. So realistically eBay is the cheaper choice with tracking 3ozs and under.
