It is a heavy, gold tone metal buckle, put out by Peterson Publishing Company of Los Angeles, CA., back in 1978, and it was made by The Great American Buckle Company. It is in pretty decent used condition, as shown in the photos it does have tarnish / patina and wear and tear from age and use. This buckle measures approximately 3-1/2" x 2-1/4", it fits a 1-3/4" wide belt and it weighs about 6.3 oz.
