There are signs of age or wear through slight cover/spine fading, light soil/rub soil, spine/cover edge/corner rub, corner push, spine upper/lower edge rub/push, page edge rub, scuffs, or scratches, page edge soil/age spotting/scuffs, edge nicks, and yellowing of pages. A few pages have paperclip marks. Both covers have plastic coating bubble lines, more so on the back cover. Hinges are visible between the cover pages...it looks like it was printed with this flaw/gap. Some erased numbers on the contents page. Some of the age spots extend slightly to pages. All pages are intact. This book measures 8 3/16" x 5 11/16" x 1". Note about the seller – I am not selling books as much as I am sharing in a passion.
