The look is hand made, hammered and comes with a wide cuff; 1 1/8 inch and a wide ring; 1 inch. The last photo is to show how to pair this set with other G&H items, not to imply anything other than the cuff and ring will come with this set. I purchased this from a G&H retailer. I cannot remember for sure, but this may have been a display piece. I mention that because I have not worn either item in the set, but there is a small scratch in the front of the cuff, not major. Fortunately with the artisan, hand crafted look, it does not detract but I have adjusted the price to less than what I paid.
