I have tall ceilings and some light fixtures inside my home are 14 feet above the floor and I cannot lean my ladder against the wall (as the light fixtures are in the middle of the rooms). I am able to access them using this ladder in the A position and it is not too difficult to set up. I found it quite stable compared to other lighter ladders I have used in the past.
