Description: This is the original art for the Rusty Riley newspaper strip dated 3-10-1956. The artwork is by Frank Godwin, a wonderful artist. This is drawn on strathmore type board, and the art area is about 5+1/4" by 18+1/2". This is in nice, clean shape, with some glue staining showing under the zip-a-tone, and some light soiling around the borders. There's a burn in the dark area to the left of the bald man's head where a cigarette was laid on the art.
