This is a heavier, solid brass buckle with darkened accents, made by Award Design Medals in the 1970s. It is in pretty decent condition, as shown in the photos it does have some tarnish / patina and some wear and tear from age and use. It measures approximately 3-7/8" x 2-3/4", it fits a 1-3/4" wide belt and it weighs about 5.4 oz.
