By the time I finish the glass of water, I'm full. Your stomach sticks out a little because you are so full. I drink it when I'm hungry. There aren't vitamins and minerals in it so you need to eat something or drink some spirulina or chlorella or wheatgrass juice to get some nutrition. But, if you are hungry, and want to be full, this is it. 1 teaspoon of glucomannan (contains 3 grams of soluble fiber.)
