He also had a summer studio in Frenchtown, New Jersey.His paintings were often featured in shows hosted by the Salmagundi Club, as was this one, which won an honorable mention at their 1966 show.His paintings are also included in the permanent collections of major museums as well as private collections.This one is titled: "Flemington New Jersey Winter" and depicts a snow scene and a factory town with people gathering a tree branch in the foreground and possibly their homes just behind them with the factory buildings in the background.Wonderful provenance gives the Salmagundi Club labels as well as his original submission giving his bio information (see next to last photos).Watercolor on paper.26-1/4 X 32-1/4" (including frame).18=1/2" X 24-1/4" (artwork sight, not including mat).
