Description: For your consideration is an Antique Gaudy Welsh Bethesda Pattern Jug (with Dragon Handle). It is 6.375” high, 7” from end of spout to end of handle and 4.25” across the base. Ironstone is stamped on the bottom. The jug is in good condition. There is a 0.625” chip on the bottom. The paint and glaze have cracked on the toes of the dragon handle. This is cosmetic, doesn’t affect the use of the handle. The green paint has worn off the handle. There are areas where the paint is scratched off. The jug has crazing, wear and scratches.
