Following his ordination, he studied Dhamma and Vipassana meditation in depth under many teachers until he became an expert, recognized for his extensive knowledge and abilities. During his tenure as the abbot of Wat Huai Duan, Luang Por Phat continuously developed the temple and the surrounding community. He oversaw the construction of school buildings, a temple hall, and other structures that benefited the community. Known for his kindness and generosity, he consistently aided the poor and those in need.
