Description: Vintage midcentury boxed set of five porcelain Koransha plates in cobalt blue and gilt, by Fukagawa of Arita, Japan. Beautiful small plates depicting orchids, perfect for sushi and accompaniments. Each measures 4 7/8" in diameter. All five in excellent condition, look like they were never used with no chips, cracks or crazing. The red felt lined box does show some marks on the exterior as shown in photo.
