This version of the Zebco 33 that this cover was used on had the graphite type foot and would have been made sometime between 1984 and 1999. The band / label reads EXPRESS. It was a US made reel and it is common to find a used one with the gold finish and / or the label peeling off. You should be able to enlarge pics for more detail. I Ship Quickly!
