Each shipment is wrapped in bubble wrap then in a shipping box which is padded for maximum protection during shipment. Most accordions are shipped with their basses blocked. Please check upon opening. All shipments are made via FedEx and must be signed for upon delivery. We ship only to the Continental United States. RETURN/REFUND POLICIES: Accordions may be returned within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, less shipping to/from. Items received after the 7 day return policy will be considered rentals, and the rental charge will be deducted on a pro rata basis according to our rental schedule. No refunds will be made after 6 months. A 3% finance charge will be deducted from any refund issued via credit card, debit card, or PayPal.
