It is a pattern from 1996 that was published in the Just Cross Stitch magazine. It was completed in April 1997. It is a lovely, red brick Victorian home with white gingerbread detailing. There is a white picket fence encircling the house and a profusion of spring blooms adding color and an English Cottage look to the home. The sky is blue with billowy white clouds creating a beautiful backdrop for this summery cottage. It is framed and matted in a solid oak wood frame but it does not have any glass. It measures 16" long x 13" tall x 1.25" deep with the frame. The cross stitch itself measures 10" x 7.5". It weighs 1 lb 5 oz. It is in excellent condition. The oak frame is beautiful with a little brass detail. The corners are a little loose but it is still solid. The cross-stitch is very well done and is clean and vibrant.
