Description: This is a direct replacement for the Foot Section Slide Kit for Midmark 416 and 417 Podiatry Chairs #002-0868-02. The posts are mounted on the seat weldment side for ease of installation. I have included the replacement procedure for your convenience. We have replaced all lock washers with locking nuts. We also use 6 button cap screws with low profile locking nuts instead of the pop rivets for ease of installation and assuring proper clearance for the debris tray weldment. Includes the access hole to install the screws closest to the seat. Condition is New. Assembled in the USA.
