This hose-end will fit standard universal-style wall inlet valves that have an I.D. of 1.5". The end that threads on to the hose has an I.D. of 1-1/4". The end has a continuous metal band that activates the vacuum when inserted into the wall inlet valve opening. This hose-end will also work with Vacuflo Automatic Inlet valves; although the metal band in unused! This hose-end has "REVERSE" threads for screwing onto the vacuum hose. Rubber cement (not included) is also typically used to prevent it from unscrewing while being used; although not necessary.This hose-end is also offered with a 1-3/8" I.D. that is used on the Vacuflo Ultarlite & CrushProof hoses.
