Description: Fishing Rod Item was purchased at an estate sale. This is a Richardson Metal Coated telescoping fishing pole. Item is perfect for backpacking. When rod is fully extended, it is approximately 8.5 feet from end of handle to rod tip. There are four sections and the last section that contains the rod tip is a little stiff to push back in from the fully extended position. When retracted, the rod is 36 inches long from rod tip to end of handle. The action on this rod is sensitive. There is some discoloration on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th sections, which looks like from sliding the sections back and forth. Included is a used shakespeare intrepid open faced reel, which does need some cleaning, but seems to be in good working condition. **Unless requested, all items will be shipped by priority mail to ensure it arrives as quickly as possible.**
