If it has to be mailed in a 8.5 x 11 size envelope the shipping rate is an additional $1 then the quoted rates. All shipments valued over $100 including shipping will be sent by Registered mail for an additional $12 to the regular mail rate total. The maximum amount per shipment is $500 (including shipping).
