Description: Hi Everybody I bought several partially loaded different bass and guitar bodies on eBay. Three were Fender American Acoustasonic Guitars. Thinking I would use some Tele & Strat necks I have around since they're the same scale. Well I found out the Fender Electric necks are different and wider at the heel and won't fit without a lot of modification. So I bought a Fender American Acoustasonic neck ($250) to compare this neck I'm selling here.It's a perfect fit for a Tele, but also a Strat or Jazzmaster if you needed to. Both are Mahogany with 22 frets. The Fender American fretboard is ebony. The Fender Player (Mexico) and this one for sale are Rosewood. The stripe on the back of the neck is light. The original is dark. The heel of the fretboard is rounded this one I'm selling is not but could easily be done. You might want to dress the frets and where they were cut. The frets are the same size on both necks. Truss rod tested and working. Lastly I believe the tuners are like the squire line. They work well with even tension when turning them.The neck and tuners came from China. The neck nut seems a little slanted because of the angle of the rosewood fretboard that was sanded behind the nut.I have built 3 Acoustasonics from scratch so if you have any questions about the electronics or neck installation just let me know.Thanks JC
