Description: 1963 Federal Glass Yorktown (Colonial) pattern large Footed Compote Fruit Bowl in clear glass which measures 10" wide x 5.5”tall, with a 3 1/2" deep. It is decorated with rectangles or rectangle thumbprints pressed in glass overall exhibiting a glittering effect. A prominent scalloped rim decorates the top. It has stacked small prisms incised in the neck and sixteen stacked flutes on the foot. In the center are embossed or cut stacked short verticals providing even more design and reflection. It is in good condition. There is a small chip on the bottom edge of pedestal which I tried to get a picture of. I am pointing at it in the last picture. It is not noticeable and does not detract from how beautiful this pice is.
