No holes, no tears on the seams, cuffs, or armpits, some fading of the green due to normal washing and drying with some cracking in the white printing. This is NOT the olive green reprint version. It's the original forest green color. It's the same shirt design that Pantera's Phil Anselmo is wearing in the "I'm Broken" music video (just for clarification, obviously this is NOT THE ACTUAL SHIRT HE WORE).
