Description: This listing is for a Vintage Karastan Bakhtiyari , Design Number 2200-202 , with listed size of 8'8"x10 ft / 104x120" / 2.64x3.05 meters , plus about 2 1/2 inches in fringes length on each end , weighing 59 lbs net.. It has been Soak Washed by a Textile Conservator multiple times , last on 5/29/22 , it is clean enough to touch face with. In excellent vintage as shown condition , with a few very minor minor repairs to salvage and one corner as shown.. Even pile with no wear , full pile everywhere. Great colors and details . Reminiscent of early Bakhtiyari Garden Design Rugs. 100% New Zealand Wool pile on a cotton foundation . Permanently Moth and Insect Proofed. These are very resilient rugs and last 100 years with minimal care. They are extremely decorative and very comfortable. It will be shipped 3 folded and rolled .
