Description: This isn’t vintage, 97-year-old home economics book. Using the preface from the book: “ It is written with the idea of making food study as science comparable to other school sciences. It is a health and nutrition text and does not overemphasize cookery, or the process of production and the manufacturer of food.” This book is close to 100 years old, and it’s in damn good shape for its age. It does have stains in and around pages, but the binding seems strong. Please look at the photos as it does show the condition of the book in a lot better way than I can describe. Please expect that the aware of the book is better than other almost 100-year-old books, but still not perfect.
