Description: This is a vintage Evans Deco Swirl Gold on White Ceramic Brass piece that is in great shape. No chips or cracks. I have not put fluid in it to see if it lights but the striker seems to work fine. It is Evans Bone China with Brass accents. It is about 4 and 3/4" tall and 4" wide. This is a very pretty lighter.
