Toy is unused, Batteries were exhausted and I opened to check how the battery compartment was. The problem with electronic toys over 20 years old is the batteries corrosion, when you leave the batteries in the toy. There was a little corrosion, I cleaned, placed new batteries. The van and figure are working now. I did a video of the working toy, but it's hard for one person to hold the phone with one hand and with the other hand turn figure head, push figure arm, raise figure legs (it's easy to push buttons).
