Description: Very sweet antique Effanbee ANNE SHIRLEY Doll. 1930'S Effanbee Little Lady doll or Anne Shirley doll, 15" tall, all composition jointed doll, sleep eyes, wigged, closed mouth, DeWees Cochran open fingered hands. Doll is marked on back: "Effanbee" over "Anne Shirley". She has lovely soft lashes with sleep eyes, her finish is very nice, I do not see any crazing. Doll is in nice vintage condition; she has one finger missing, her wig needs a wash and set, and her eyes are a little cloudy, she needs to be restrung. I believe her dress, undergarment and shoes are original-but I am not 100% certain. No loss of color or cracks. He measures 20" tall.
