Early Miniature 18th/19th Century Oil on Board "Butcher/Baker napping"

Description: Wonderful very old miniature painting on wood panel looks to be early 19th century or possibly mid to late 18th century-Possibly American Painting depicting an old man possibly a butcher or baker napping with a cigarette in his mouth- It also has a very old partial label on the back that reads "Brother Cell" and gets cut off after that there is another tag below that that is unreadable The painting measures approx 5-1/2 inches tall X 4 inches wide What's wrong with it? Painting is in pretty good condition for its age some minor paint loss and crackling along with chips, dings scratches and needs a professional cleaning as well.
