Description: Vintage Makah or Nootka Woven NW Coast Indian Basket with Lid, estimated to be from 1940 - 1960? The circular, lidded basket is tightly woven from cedar and grasses. It has sweet, colorful polka dot spots on the lid and 5 colorful circling ducks on the side. Each of the ducks is a different color...pink, deep plum, mauve, red, navy blue. Condition: The little covered basket is in very good condition. There is no damage. The colors are just a tiny bit faded, really still quite vibrant. See all photos.
