You can play this on an American NES if you have a famicom to NES adaptor (readily available online). Look at photos for the condition of the cartridge. As you can see the game works great! I clean the contacts with q-tips and 90% isopropyl alcohol so I can properly test them but please note that I am not claiming to have given them a thorough cleaning. I just want to make sure they work properly. Some have asked why I list my handling time at 5 days and does it really take 5 days for me to ship your item(s)? The reason is I work 50 hours/week at my job and sometimes I can't get to the post office the next day after a purchase is made.
