Description: About the bladesmith : Robert E Molenaar MD (1921–2020) was an internist with 44 years of medical practice. After retiring, at the age of 75, he became a full-time bladesmith. He continued in this profession until the age of 85. He was friends with Les Voorhies, Randy Tuttle, and RB Johnson. It wasn’t until long-term hammering caused wear on bones of his hands that he ended his bladesmithing career. In total, he made over 500 knives. These hand forged knives, crafted by an elderly man, may not be the most refined, but they are genuine and durable, capable of being used for many years. Nice fighter (no mark), very good unused condition, blade is still super sharp! Comes with zip storage case. See all pics for details. Thanks
