And to make sure you are, our general return policy allows you to return any NEW / UNUSED ITEM within 30 days of original purchase date. All items must be returned to us unused or installed in the original box with original packaging intact and in a saleable condition. Terms Terms All new products purchased from Radiators-R-Us carry a minimum of (1) one-year, unlimited mile warranty for manufacture defects. Some products and vendors offer an extended warranty, which is reflected in the product information. Radiators-R-Us reserves the right to determine whether the item that falls within the warranty period is to be replaced or refunded. In some instances, an original invoice and vehicle service records may be required to process the return with the manufacturer. The CUSTOMER is responsible for paying return shipping charges on Warranty items. In the event of product failure, the customer may be required to pay for any replacement items and will be credited once the return item has been received and inspected by us.
