Description: Hello coffee people. This auction is for 5 lbs of fresh roasted Dominican Republic coffee beans. This coffee is from the Samir plantation which is in the Ocoa region. This is grown at approximately 1000 meters above sea level. DR coffee is amazing but this one is exceptional so I chose to offer it here. I feel this coffee is best as an espresso grind because it is so rich and tastes best in a doubleshot. This coffee offers a somewhat nutty and full bodied satisfying taste and texture with a smoothness that warms the soul. Hard to describe but I prefer this as an after dinner latte coffee similar to a hot cocoa. I found this coffee best roasted to City plus level and is also great as an espresso roast, it's a very hard bean that can take the heat well without burning. So instead of that after dinner cigar, brew up a pot of this after dinner delight and top off with some frothed milk or light cream. Your guests will appreciate it!
