Description: You are purchasing a Room Box Attic Playroom Vintage Dollhouse Miniature. Measures 6.5"hx7.5"x5". Its a diorama room box shadowbox of an attic playroom. It has a rocking chair, nightstand with mouse, toy train, phonograph record player. Made from wood and then the phonograph looks to be a tin metal. Its vintage, they attached a metal hook to hang it on the back marked tawain so this is made between the 1960s and early 1980s. Its a pretty displayable piece you can stand it up or hang it on a wall. Flaws some lift to the carpet under the rocker. Minor soiling and dust pick up inside I am scared to clean it as I do not want to hurt anything however its minor. There is some wear to the inside furniture pieces however I think the maker wanted it to look like an old attic hideaway so I believe that is supposed to be like that for instance the rocker has some edge wears to the wood if you look at close ups you can see what I am referring to. Some wear to the outer-box some scratches and dings to the outer box in areas. The outer-box has two small wood edge chips as shown. Overall its a really pretty displayable vintage item. I unfortunately had to change my handling time to 4 to 5 business days. I still ship quickly. However with the current condition of the post office and the slow down of the mail they are already holding packages for several days without any tracking scan acknowledgements.
