An absolute must own for any serious GC collector!• This game is brand-new & factory y-fold sealed w/ the overlap seam down the back left side! This game is in VERY GOOD condition overall, especially for its age and rarity (19 years!).The shrink-wrap shows general surface wear however no tears or damage that I can see, a part of the y-fold is slightly folded back on the top left side of the game, there is some hard sticker residue on the upper spine of the seal (shown below). There are no dents or damage to the game case.
