This particular card was never released. It was originally intended to be signed by this Dexter actor, but after they did not agree to sign any cards in this series, the card was never released. I was told all printed unsigned cards were destroyed except for a few which Breygent put in top loaders and sealed with a Gold sticker. This is one of the few that survived the shredder.
