You must pay for your purchases all on the same invoice to get combined shipping. Damaged Products If you receive a damaged product please keep the item, the box, and all packaging materials. Please contact us if anything is damaged, and we will get the process going to get you a new product. Lost Packages At times it may look like the post office has lost a package. Most often the package really isn't really lost but missed being scanned. When this happens your purchase may show no movement in the USPS tracking system, but may, in fact, be moving as scheduled. We normally give the post office 10 days to deliver a product before sending a replacement or refund. Feel free to contact us if your tracking number shows your product is not moving. Please remember we can only look at the same tracking number you have and get the same information that you see.
