Technical Parameters: Control Panel Voltage Input:Input: 24V DC/AC.Can connect 2 PCS 12V 9AH backup batteries.Note: The control board must be used with a transformer and cannot be connected directly to 100-250V AC. Motor Voltage:Supports 12-24V DC.The control board input is 24V, and the output is 12-24V. Transmitter Encoder:Uses a customized rolling code that is encrypted, non-copyable, and non-branded. Range of Application:Suitable for our double-arm swing gate openers.The Linear Spiral 24V Straight Brush Arm is supported but works fully only with our products. Warranty is not applicable if tested on non-our products. 2. Functions and Testing: Indicator LED Light:The LED light is always on when the system is powered.During automatic gate closing, the light flashes at 1-second intervals.The light turns off when entering the learning code state or removing code state. It flashes twice when the code is successfully learned or removed. Transmitter:Encoding format: Customized rolling code.Buttons: Single button opens two gates, or the double button can open both gates separately. Single button controls MOTOR 2, and the double button controls both MOTOR 1 and MOTOR 2.The system can support up to 130 remote controls with our rolling code or 180 remote controls with SMC5326/EV1527. Motor Reversing Detection:When the motor starts operating and the gate opens or closes, the blue LED lights up, indicating the motor is in the opening state.When the LED turns red and lights up, the motor is in the closing state. Code Learning:Press and hold the learning button for 1 second, then release. The LED turns off, and pressing any button on the transmitter will make the LED flash twice, indicating the code has been learned. If no signal is received within 5 seconds, the LED lights up, and the system exits the code-learning state. Code Removal:Press and hold the learning button. The LED will turn off, and after 5 seconds, the LED lights up, indicating that the codes have been removed. Motor Operation & Speed Control:The motor starts in low-speed mode. If it encounters an obstacle and starts again, it operates at high speed, then switches back to low speed until the motor stops. High-speed operation time can be adjusted from 0 to 33 seconds using the HSPEED TIME Rotating button. If set to 0 seconds, high-speed operation will not start. If the motor is stopped twice by remote control during operation, it will only operate at low speed until it encounters obstacle signals. Limit & Obstacle Sensitivity Adjustment:During opening and closing, the motor stops once the limit or obstacle sensitivity signals are detected. Sensitivity is set separately for MOTOR 1 and MOTOR 2. MOTOR 1 sensitivity is adjusted through the MOTOR1 trimmer, and MOTOR 2 sensitivity is adjusted through the MOTOR2 trimmer. Notice: Arm-type motors only have obstacle sensitivity and do not have a limit function. Open & Close Gate Delay:When opening the gate, MOTOR 2 opens first, followed by MOTOR 1. When closing, MOTOR 1 closes first, followed by MOTOR 2. If the gate delay function is activated, the close gate time can be adjusted from 0 to 18 seconds. However, the open gate delay is limited to 1 second. Single Gate Operation:The single open gate button only operates MOTOR 2. Auto-Closing Gate Function:If there is an obstacle during gate opening or closing, or after the motor operation protection time, the auto-close function starts. The auto-close time can be adjusted from 0 to 66 seconds. If set to 0 seconds, the auto-close function is disabled. During the auto-close countdown, the flashing light flashes at 1-second intervals. Motor Delay Protection:If the motor operates for more than 60 seconds, it stops to protect the motor. Copy Remote Control Matching:Copied remote controls do not require the use of the controller for code learning. To use a copied remote control for the first time, press and hold the remote control button for 2-3 seconds until the learning code LED flashes twice. Flashing Light Interface:When the motor is opening or closing the gate, the light relay output interface is active; otherwise, it does not output. Photocell:The gate will re-open if resistance is detected while closing. When the gate is opening, the photocell is not affected. 3. Terminal Instructions: 2 SIDE:This terminal functions like the “double-leaves button” on the transmitter. It controls the dual doors in an Open-Stop-Close-Stop-Open cycle. 1 SIDE:This terminal functions like the “single-leaf button” on the transmitter. It controls the single door in an Open-Stop-Close-Stop-Open cycle. COM:Common terminal for connecting to the ground. MOTO 1:Wiring for motor 1: Connect the wires of the motor that opens first or the motor installed on the thrust plate side. MOTO 2 (DELAY):Wiring for motor 2: Connect the wires of the motor controlled by the single-leaf button. 24V/12V-12V/0V-0V/12V:Secondary connections for a 12V or double 9V AC transformer. UPS +/-:Connects to an external 12V storage battery. The battery charges while connected and starts working automatically when the power supply is off. The standby current for the UPS when working is 20mA, and around 1.5A when the motor is running (specific current depends on actual usage). LOCK 12+/-:Electric lock signal with DC12V output by default when the gate opens. SWIPE CARD:Swipe card to open both gates. Auto-closing is enabled after the gate opens. INFRARED:Terminal for photocells. The gate will stop and reopen if an obstacle is detected while closing. VCC:12-28V output voltage; supplies power to photocells or other safety devices (current ≤200mA).
