It is a definitely a project for the right person...someone who knows how to restore tube amplifers. Seriously. You really gotta know your stuff. Not a project for beginners! It looks fairly clean, but does have a lot of paint spatters and paint smears on the case. It was covered in a lot of dust, which was blown away and then wiped down. The top is pushed in a little.
