Description: This is the 1965 pattern "Grande" hand tufted and 3-D detail cut area rug designed by legendary rebel Danish designer Verner Panton and handmade today in India. He always had a fascination for organic shapes, which very often turned curvy or round, and he designed this round rug in a two tone color variation with an interesting geometric overlapping circles pattern. This simple and bold graphic design from the Pop Art era in durable 100% New Zealand wool pile is meant to be an eye-catching accent. Wool is inherently soil resistant, anti static, anti microbial, and sound absorbing and is always a good long term choice, even for high traffic.
