I have found that it is next to impossible to get that fee back if I have a cancelled sale/return. Therefore if I were to allow returns, by the time the buyer pays shipping both ways and I charge a restock fee to cover the donation, it costs the buyer more than it's worth most of the time and then I have an unhappy buyer. Now that doesn't mean you won't get your money back if the item is broken etc. Other than "I've Changed my mind" any other type of return is covered under eBay's buyer protection.
