All USED CDs + DVDs have been visually inspected. If any marks are noted on the play surface then the item is play-tested to ensure quality. Some items are PROMOTIONAL and may have saw-cuts, hole-punches, printing, etc. Some items will have noticeably removed price labels or label residue. DVDs are shipped in bubblewrap. LPs are shipped in standard cardboard LP MAILER with bubblewrap and added cardboard support. All other items are bubble wrapped and shipped in custom boxes or envelopes.
