There is a gold outer ring along the plate and inside the small holes. On the back it says "Made In Germany For Reichert & Schenk, Druggists Long Prairie, Minn" which must have sold these in their store. There is a chip in the inside ring of the plate. Also, there is a patch of rough porcelain along the edge which was probably there when the plate was made and you cannot see it from the front. The plate was made by Wheelock of Germany.The shipping will be free for United States buyers.
