This Corneliani vest has a six button front, and please note that the picture show the bottom button undone,/style waist line pockets, a chest pocket, and a belted cinched waist line rear. The rear is done in the rayon material that matches the interior or lining. The pockets, including the chest pocket allow you to wear this vest without a coat if you so desire. it is labeled a 42L on the label which is sewn into the waistline pocket. The measurements are below: Chest is 21 1/4 inches across laying flat from side seam to seam just under the armpit area. Tail length is 23 1/2 inches from bottom of collar to hemline in rear. This Corneliani vest is a very great accessory to add to any wardrobe. You can wear it without a coat, or it would look great with a black jacket. this vest was worn one time and is in fantastic condition overall.
