Please understand that during the pandemic the situation literally changes daily from country to country. Some places are under lockdowns and some are not. Some customers may purchase something while not under lockdown, but then they are under lock down a week later. This all affects shipping. There are no international flights to many locations and very few to others. The mail does not own airplanes, they rent space for the mail on commercial flights. Most people have to buy online during these times and the post office is overwhelmed with mail and packages and they are under staffed. We ask you to please understand this when you place an order. Sometimes packages may take longer based on the current situation either here, or in your area. There will only be tracking for orders over $50. For smaller orders and orders of 1 or just a few patches, we simply use a normal letter envelope and a stamp.
