The tag says they are "US 5 / Japan 24" size. I believe the US 5 is a men's size 5 / women's size 7 for US standards, because I typically wear that size Converse. They are super cute with the bow on the top. They didn't come with shoe strings and I threw the box away to lower the space taken up in my suitcase. I never actually used them and they still have the tag on them, however, there is a scuff on the rubber of one of the shoes from being transported from Japan. Shipping: I do not ship internationally.
