It rejuvenates the color and improves the appearance of worn and weathered stone. Allows moisture vapor transmission. It also effectively seals and darkens the color of grout joints. It is long-lasting, easy to apply, and is suitable for both interior and exterior use. Water vapor permeable but resistant to liquid water. ALWAYS TEST APPLICATION IN A SMALL AREA BEFORE PROCEEDING. Once treated, the surface cannot be restored back to original look. DIRECTIONS: ALWAYS TEST each type of surface for appearance and penetration before overall application. Surface must be clean and dry prior to application. Apply Color Enhancer to dry surface with a paint brush, roller, or low-pressure sprayer. Maintain surface dampness with Color Enhancer while the product is absorbing. After 10 minutes wipe entire surface with dry with a clean lint free towel replace towel with fresh, dry one as necessary. If a deeper color is desired, apply a second coat. For best results, the temperature of the substrate to be coated must be between 50 F- 85 F at the time of application. WASH hands and contaminated skin thoroughly after handling. Wear eye protection and rubber gloves when handling. COVERAGE: Approximately 100-400 sq. ft. per gallon depending on application method, porosity and surface texture.
