The Army ACU MOLLE compatible pouches with insert are repurposed military surplus from the Global War on Terror/GWOT but all packed items are new stock. Unfortunately crime has increased and so has the violence that comes with it so if you're in a situation at home, work, school, or in traffic you can get yourself a kit that can save your life or the life of someone else! Each kit includes trauma shears, medical tape, compressed gauze, 4" Israeli style bandage, a permanent marker, a Combat Application style Tourniquet with metal windlass, nitrile gloves, and an NPA-nasopharyngeal airway. The ACU pouch and insert are gently used military surplus but all of the components to treat trauma are new stock. The elastic paracord that connects the insert to the pouch may vary in color and style and will not affect functionality. Since most of these items are meant for bodily fluids we do not accept any returns for these items.
