Description: Civil War US Model 1861 Plymouth Whitneyville Saber Bayonet w/ Scabbard & Frog. Good and solid condition for age. Bayonet lock appears to work smoothly. Dated 1862 on blade. Has "G/136" top hilt. Frog is marked "S4". Large rifle ring measures about 15/16" inside diameter. Bayonet is 27 3/8" total length. Blade measures 22 5/8" long. Check out my store.
